The restored historical buildings on the ENKA site create a unique location steeped in history, and you can stay there.

Booking & Stay
  • How can I reserve an apartment?
    Reserving an apartment is simple. Just let us know which apartment category you would like to stay in by sending an email to info@shortstayede.nl.
  • What is the length of stay?
    Our apartments are available for temporary stays with a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months.
  • What types of apartments are available?
    We offer various apartments suitable for 2 to 3 people. The surface areas range from 45 m² to 106 m², depending on the type of apartment. Can't find a suitable option in Ede? Check out our Long Stay apartments in Wageningen.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to one month before your scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made within one month of arrival, the security deposit will be charged.
  • How can I pay, and is there a security deposit?
    Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card, or bank transfer. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay. This deposit will be refunded after check-out and a final inspection of the apartment.
  • Are gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi included?
    Yes, all prices are fully inclusive of gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
  • Can I book on behalf of a company for an employee or guest?
    Certainly. We regularly partner with companies and organizations in the region. Payment by invoice is available upon request.
Check-in, Access & House Rules
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in: available from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out: must be completed before 9:00 AM.
  • How do I access my apartment?
    We use the AirKey digital key system. You can easily open doors using the AirKey app on your smartphone via Bluetooth. A physical key is not required.
  • What if my phone battery is dead or I don't have a smartphone?
    Please contact us in advance, and we will provide a suitable alternative.
  • Are pets allowed, and is smoking permitted?
    Our apartments are strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
Comfort, Amenities & Extras
  • Is the apartment fully furnished?
    Yes, all apartments are fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Additionally, bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided as standard.
  • How often is the apartment cleaned?
    Guests are expected to clean and maintain their own apartments during their stay. However, we do offer an optional cleaning service upon request, which includes professional cleaning and a fresh change of towels.
  • Is there a washing machine available?
    Yes, there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine located inside the building.
  • What can I expect from the ENKA terrain?
    The ENKA terrain is a unique environment featuring a blend of historic, renovated industrial buildings and modern architecture.   • Can I have food delivered?
    Yes, all apartments are equipped with an intercom system, making it easy to have food delivered by various delivery services in the area.
Accessibility & Transport
  • How do I travel to my apartment using public transport?
    You can easily plan your journey via 9292.nl or ns.nl. In the Netherlands, you can check in and out of public transport using your debit card, credit card, or mobile phone via OVpay.
  • What is the distance to the train station?
    Ede-Wageningen Station is just a 5-minute walk or a 2-minute bike ride away. From there, you have direct train connections to destinations such as Arnhem (15 minutes) or Utrecht (20 minutes). Schiphol Airport (a 1-hour direct train ride) and Düsseldorf Airport (1 hour and 40 minutes) are also easily accessible from here.
  • Can I park my car, and are there charging stations available?
    Yes, there are parking spaces located directly opposite the ENKA building. Additionally, there are several charging stations for electric vehicles in the surrounding area.
  • Where can I store my (electric) bicycle?
    Each apartment has its own private storage unit on the ground floor for bicycles. There is also a general bicycle parking area, and charging points for electric bicycles are available.
  • Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
    A selection of our apartments offers good accessibility. Please contact us to discuss the options and availability.
